Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing NetAsia Travel

To ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience, we ask that you read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with NetAsia Travel. These terms explain key details about reservations, payments, cancellations, and traveler responsibilities. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp) and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A deposit is required to secure services. The deposit amount may vary depending on the booking; however, it is non-refundable in all cases.

Bookings made within 30 days prior to departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.

PAYMENT POLICY
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% or more of the tour price (plus airfare, if applicable) per person is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the booking; however, it is non-refundable in all cases. The deposit must be paid immediately after the booking is confirmed.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to departure. Failure to settle the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit retained.
  • Please note: A service fee of up to 3% may apply depending on the booking and payment method. This will be clearly advised at the time of confirmation.
  • All bank and intermediary charges are the responsibility of the payer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit

• 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking cost

The cancellation date is based on the date written notice is received by NetAsia Travel.

In case of cancellation due to personal reasons, clients are strongly advised to claim through their travel insurance.

AMENDMENT POLICY

Up to 21 days prior to departure, a maximum of three amendments per booking are permitted free of charge.

Any additional amendments, or changes made within 21 days of departure, may incur an amendment fee of USD 50 per change, plus any supplier-imposed costs.

All amendments are subject to availability.

CLAIMS & REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any unused services, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (MANDATORY)

Travel insurance is compulsory for all clients traveling with NetAsia Travel.

The insurance must cover:

• Personal accident and death

• Medical expenses

• Emergency evacuation and repatriation

• Trip cancellation and interruption

A minimum coverage of USD 200,000 per category is strongly recommended.

NetAsia Travel is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from insufficient or lack of insurance coverage.

LIABILITY

NetAsia Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other suppliers.

We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from:

• The acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers

• Personal circumstances of the client (including illness, injury, or failure to follow instructions)

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. By confirming the booking, the client agrees to be bound by those terms.

Any additional expenses incurred as a result of the above circumstances shall be borne by the client.

NetAsia Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving issues and minimizing disruption; however, we do not guarantee outcomes or compensation from third-party providers.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that, due to Force Majeure (as defined below), NetAsia Travel is required to curtail, alter, extend, suspend, or cancel any part of the tour before or during the trip, the client shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or claim for losses, damages, or additional expenses arising from such changes.

Force Majeure refers to any event beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions

• Fire, flood, or destruction of transportation or accommodation

• War, civil unrest, riots, or acts of terrorism

• Government actions, travel restrictions, or decisions by authorities

• Strikes, industrial actions, or labor disputes

• Mechanical breakdown, technical failure, or transport disruption

• Shortage of fuel or essential resources

• Insolvency, default, or operational failure of service providers

• Any other unforeseeable or unavoidable event affecting the tour

In such circumstances:

• No refunds will be given for unused services

• Any additional costs incurred (including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transport, or rebooking fees) shall be borne by the client

• NetAsia Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary and services as necessary in the best interest of the client

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist clients, provide alternative arrangements where possible, and support claims through travel insurance.

ITINERARY & SERVICES

Flight schedules, hotels, and other services are subject to change due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

NetAsia Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as necessary to suit actual operating conditions. However, we will ensure that all key sightseeing points included in the program are covered and that the overall quality of the trip is maintained.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

All special requests (dietary, room type, early check-in, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

GUIDES

Unless a fully escorted tour is requested, local guides will be provided in each destination where guided services are included.

HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

However, depending on each hotel’s policy, check-in time may be later (e.g. 15:00) and check-out time may be earlier (e.g. 11:00).

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

TRANSPORTATION & SERVICE HOURS

Guide and vehicle services are provided according to the schedule outlined in the itinerary.

Any additional services or hours beyond the agreed program will incur extra charges.

FEEDBACK & ASSISTANCE

During your trip, if you experience any issues or if services do not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so we can assist and resolve the matter promptly.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

During the trip, NetAsia Travel may take photographs for promotional purposes.

By booking with us, you agree to the potential use of these images. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the trip.
